Rusland er ved at have sat sig fast i et område på NATO’s sydflanke, som anses for strategisk vigtig for Europa. I Mali har unge aktivister og civilsamfundsgrupper med smartphones, Youtube og Facebook været afgørende for, at Europa er ude og Rusland inde.
