Abstract
Klimakrige og klimaflygtninge er det nye indsatsområde både for internationale organisationer og for dansk udenrigs- og sikkerhedspolitik. Men krige starter ikke på grund af klimaforandringer. Så længe vi ikke forstår drivkræfterne og aktørerne, som skaber væbnede konflikter og flygtningestrømme, er vores indsatser dømt til at fejle.
