Abstract

The U.S. military operation in Venezuela has underscored how far Washington is willing to go to defend and pursue what it defines as core national interests in the Western Hemisphere. DIIS Senior Researcher Rasmus Sinding Søndergaard gives his views on what the United States’ new national security strategy means for its allies — and in particular for the Kingdom of Denmark, including Greenland.
