    Abstract

    What are the enablers and obstacles to successful coordination of international climate funds in developing countries? Zambia – Africa’s seventh largest recipient of international funding for climate mitigation and adaptation purposes – provides illustrative lessons about how donors and recipient countries coordinate climate finance at the national and local government levels.
