    Meet Mr. Mogens Lykketoft, President of the United Nations 70th General Assembly at a special debate in UN City in Copenhagen. Mr. Mogens Lykketoft, will share his reflections on the shape, promises and challenges of the United Nations at the organization’s 70th anniversary. In the light of this, Mr. Lykketoft will address the upcoming election of the new Secretary General for the United Nations. The Presidency of the United Nations General Assembly (GA) offers a unique lookout to observe the multilateral dynamics of the United Nations at work. The GA is comprised of the 193 Member States of the United Nations, and is the United Nations key forum for multilateral discussion of the full spectrum of international issues covered by the United Nations Charter.
