    Should ‘killer robots’ be banned? Will the developments that are emerging in the fourth industrial revolution -- the age of robotics -- increase wartime violence and the loss of civilian lives? Or does autonomous technology provide the possibility of making war more ethical by saving non-combatant lives and making soldiers more ethical? This seminar brings together leading scholars from the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics, political science and international relations, philosophy, and law to address the implications for war and democracy of the robotic revolution.
