DIIS webinar as part of the DIIS Gender and (in)security series. With the rise of far-right movements globally, issues of gender and right-wing extremism have gained new urgency. Although anti-feminism, misogyny and restored masculinity are at the heart of the far-right project, the gendered aspects of this 'rise of the right' too often are overlooked. Yet gender matters in understanding right-wing extremism and terrorism.
