DIIS Podcast Workshop with FILT

Description

The workshop is an opportunity to explore innovative forms of non-written research communication that can take the listener into the laboratory of social science research at DIIS. You will learn how to work with sound and compelling narratives to showcase your research or a new idea or development within your field. The course will be taught by experienced podcast producers from Filt Cph who have produced high quality podcasts for DR, Politiken and the Danish Ministry of Culture among others. We will learn about different podcast formats, how to tell gripping stories by working with narrative structure and script writing and how to use audio material and music to communicate research. Finally, you will be introduced to key technical skills in recording and editing sound.
